Your product will be packaged and dispatched from our inventory via Australia Post within 2 business days provided the order is received prior to 5pm EST.

If a product is faulty, we will replace it as long as you post it back within 14 days (at your expense). We will send out a replacement item once we have received the returned item. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you a replacement item of the same value, or a full refund.
